“The Hermit” 8×10 on 11×14 acid free matt Kodak resin coated silver gelatin paper. This image was taken in Fort Worth, TX in 1928 while Fonville was a photographer for the Fort Worth Times. He told Fonville that he had invented a device that would do away with women! Fonville then “SHOT” him. Note: At the age of 80, Fonville often did not remember exact dates.
